Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us no later than 48 hours before your ride time. Refunds or discounts will not be given in you choose to end your ride early. Rides will not be canceled for weather unless we are unable to make it safely to the trails. We use a trailer to transport the dogs, which can present challenges when there is a significant amount of snow on the road.
